Fabulous Giveaway from a Talented Artist

Nina Robinson
Chula Vista, California

Nina has been painting for seven years without any formal education in the arts. Nine years ago, when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, she had to give up a very active lifestyle of hiking, swimming, biking and camping. Nina prayed and asked God to give her a new passion.
She believes that when God closes a door, He opens a window. A friend of Nina's believed she would be good at painting and gave her some canvas and oils and told me to go for it. Nina credits her success to God and calls her painting ability "Nina's Window." Even though she started with oils, Nina loves working with watercolor, pastels, and acrylics.

My favorite is the close up portrait of Lucas. Those big, beautiful eyes make your heart melt. You really do beautiful work Nina. I'm gonna have to get you to do one of my grandson one of these days ~ he's the light of my life.

Thank you so much for hosting this contest, Lynn. I just spent quite a bit of time looking in Nina's Etsy shop browsing her beautiful paintings. I am very impressed.

I am very much a flower person. So my favorites are the "Don't hate me because I am beautiful" Sunflower acrylic and the Pink Magnolia watercolor paintings. I also enjoyed her colorful abstracts very much.

Thanks again for all you are doing here!
